Patient One
This patient in her early early fifties was deeply unhappy with the appearance of the NHS dentures she was wearing; she complained that the teeth looked artifical and that the dentures gave no facial support to her lips or cheeks producing an aged appearance.
During the intial consultation it was very apparent that the fit of the dentures was poor. The patient was able to provide a photograph of how her natural teeth once looked, hoping the appearance could be copied. By using high quality natural looking teeth, which were skilfully posistioned together with a naturally contoured gum appearance we were able to replicate the patient's former appearance.
Patient Two
This patient in his early sixties was concerned about the lack of facial support his present dentures gave him. By skillful placement of natural looking teeth combined with a correctly contoured gumwork the desired appearance is created, improving his self esteem so that he was totally at ease and happy with his appearance. His wife was pleased with her younger looking man.
Patient Three
This patient who worked extensively within the public relations industry had become increasingly concerned with his appearance when undertaking presentations. The unsightly gap shown when he smiled had become even larger with the recent loss of another tooth, it had also been a while since he had last visited a dentist.
After discussing all possible treatment options, he was able to see one of our on-site dentist partners the same morning, who after carrying out a thorough inspection was then able to endorse the treatment plan.
The patients existing teeth were quite a mix of shades of colour and characterisation, which they wished to be replicated with the denture teeth.
